      Silicon Energy

      GCL strives to promote photovoltaic to become an indispensable co-builder of ecological value in the carbon neutral system, build a global silicon energy industry chain, and create an industry-leading smart production base for industrial silicon, FBR granular silicon, silicon wafers, cells, and modules. GCL provides global customers with high-efficiency photovoltaic module products, "photovoltaic +" and intelligent operation and maintenance services, and steadily advances the construction of large new energy bases to promote carbon control and emission reduction in the entire photovoltaic industry chain.

      Silane Gas

      GCL's silane gas capacity exceeds 600,000 tons/year to support FBR granular silicon production. Each of the four major bases-Xuzhou, Leshan, Baotou, and Hohhot-has over 150,000 tons/year capacity. While most production is used internally, GCL's annual silane gas charging capacity exceeds 10,000 tons and can flexibly scale with market demand.

      Currently, GCL's silane gas reaches electronic-grade quality, offering significant advantages in high output, exceptional purity, and stable supply. Its external sales account for approximately 25% of the domestic market. With a flexible and expandable production system, GCL can dynamically adjust the ratio of internal use and external sales based on market conditions, positioning silane gas as a key growth driver for the company.

      FBR Granular Silicon

      GCL has independently developed FBR granular silicon technology since 2011, successfully developed an innovative product with independent intellectual property rights - FBR granular silicon, and successfully entered the "systematic, standardized, digital, integrated, intelligent, modular" replicable production era.

      Currently, GCL has established granular silicon production bases in Jiangsu, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia and other places, with an annual FBR granular silicon production capacity of 480,000 tons. Compared with traditional rod-shaped silicon, FBR granular silicon shows significant energy consumption advantages, and comprehensive power consumption, labor costs, water consumption, hydrogen consumption and other indicators are significantly reduced. At the same time, granular silicon has won high recognition from the industry for its better fluidity, lower cost, more stable quality and superior carbon footprint. It has won dual carbon footprint certifications in the field of photovoltaic raw materials from China and France, and is recognized globally. The lowest carbon footprint in the industry, opening up a new era of photovoltaic material revolution and low-carbon application.

      Silicon Wafer

      Surrounding the implementation of granular silicon, downstream application scenarios, and industrial ecology, GCL is diligently researching and breaking through key technologies such as "CCz+granular silicon application+N-type+large-size waferization." The resulting monocrystalline silicon wafers can meet the demand for sizes of 182 or 210, accommodating both full-cell and half-cell solar panel designs. They are compatible with various advanced cell technologies such as TOPcon, HJT, and IBC.

      Cell

      With the advent of the n-type photovoltaic era, the value of N-type cell technologies such as TOPCon (tunneling oxide passivation contact) cell and HJT (heterojunction) cells has become more prominent. GCL relies on its leading N-type cell technology to promote the construction of a 20GW high-efficiency TOPCon photovoltaic cell project and achieve mass production and delivery of N-type high-efficiency large-size cells on July 28, 2023.

      Module

      GCL's 60GW high-efficiency module intelligent manufacturing base adopts fully automatic production and intelligent management, and is compatible with large-size modules from 210mm down. The products mainly focus on large-size high-efficiency n-type modules, with better weak light power generation performance and temperature coefficient to improve power generation. As of now, GCL's n-type photovoltaic module production capacity is nearly 30GW.

      Perovskite

      Perovskite is called the third generation or a truly disruptive new concept solar cell. It uses the principle of photoelectric effect to make solar cells using perovskite-type organic metal halide semiconductors as light-absorbing materials.

      Perovskite components

      GCL-Poly has independently developed large-size perovskite photovoltaic cell modules, built the world's largest 100MW perovskite module mass production line with the highest module efficiency certification, and became the world's first company to obtain commercial certification for practical perovskite modules. With the core technology and industrial advantages of perovskite cells, GCL-Poly has received support from Temasek Investment, Sequoia Capital, IDG China, Tencent, etc.

      Xiexin "Xinyilian" is a full-stack integrated energy management digital intelligence system solution built with big data, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence technologies, featuring "integrated software and hardware" and "algorithm + computing power + scenario application".
